Two Instances Of Plagiarism Of My Work

In This Post, I will show you two examples plagiarism of my work.

They're direct, exact copies of my work, un-retouched, claimed as the plagiarist's work, even with my note "(©2011. This article may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the written consent of the author.)" still in it at the beginning, with a link attached to get some coupons for shopping.

My article is posted at this address:

This Article Posted On AssociatedContent.com, Now Yahoo Voices.

Here are multiple examples of plagiarism:

I suspect that each infringement is the work of one individual with many accounts. The profile/account names are different but the infringement seems to be all on one site. "Easy Blogging" I suppose. The addresses of the offending profiles are:

These 15 complete, unedited reprints of my article consist of only a few of the copies, edited or unedited, out there. I will seek compensation for this plagiarism.

This is a flagrant violation of copyright law and could end up costing the person who posted it a fortune in fines and damages. Especially since it was done for profit.

YET ANOTHER, not quite so obvious example of plagiarism is of my 2006 book, "The Rose Story" which was taken and rewritten to fit a woman's point of view. I gave the person a little time to change both the story title and the storyline, but they ignored me. I am taking action as of today.

My book, in video format:

It is the short, unedited version to keep it from being lifted in entirety. BUT! Someone took the premise and the exact name and reposted it with their own photos.

I'll keep you posted as to how I handled it and the outcome of all of this.

How did they think they'd not get caught?
